Product worked for about a month. I cleaned out the unit by running hot water through it. Switched to a thin dish washing liquid and it seems to be working for now, but I think it's just a matter of time before the problem happens again. -

I received mine very promptly with no problems. Works great. Use it by the kitchen sink. Only negative is I think it could dispense more product per cycle, but it could be the brand/thickness of the soap I'm using. Overall a great value though. -

Mine was shorter and a bit more square- so i don't know if it's the same one, but it worked fine at first, and then after a few uses, it got clogged.. and then just started to leak out of the bottom.. i have to keep cleaning it up, And it wont even work anymore! -

dispenser does not dispurse much soap and I have to constantly put my hands in and out just to get a very small amount. I wish I would have used mine before I purchased 2 others and gave them as gifts. I'm very embarrassed that I gave to friends. -

Worked great for about 2 weeks. Started to note leaking from the place where the soap is dispensed from. Now I have a puddle of soap on the counter all of the time. Would not purchase again. -

I noticed that it makes a difference in the soap that you purchase for this item. If you purchase a soap that is very thick, it will cause a small problem, meaning that you have to make several attempts to get even a small amount of soap to dispense. If you purchase a thinner soap the results are much different and better. I hope this helps. -

Worked for about 3 months. Now it will not dispense soap at all, even after I added water to thin the soap's consistency. The concept is fabulous but the quality of the actual product is terrible, especially for the amount of money that it costs. I would not recommend this product to anyone. -

I worked fine at first, but once it starts to clog, you have to keep putting your hand in front to get a small amount and its very fustrating. the directions said use thin or clear soap and not the creamy thick kind, which i did and it still clogged, which makes me mad, because I was getting very attached to it and liked it, now I just want to know how to fix the clogging and the webskte doesnt have any information -

Ours leaked and wasted all the soap. We also have a puddle under the machine full of soap. The cup on the lip should be the same size as the cup you fill up in. Don't waste your money.PS ours is the "magic soap ultra" version, the one that channel 13 reported on...... -

Mine worked fine for about a month. I really liked it, then it stopped dispensing soap. It's not clogged, the motor doesn't come on. I changed the batteries, nothing. Waste of money. -

VERY DISAPPOINTING!
I purchased mine at CVS the other day.
It does work, but also leaks in between uses and completely fills the drip container.
I am planning on returning it.
I am guessing a lot of them have been returned! -

I like the concept obviously, so I bought 3. But I do have to put my hands under it twice to get soap to come out. The suggested solution to get thinner soap is not a good one. Who wants thinner soap. I'm returning them. -

Developed a mind of it's own in about a week. When you turn the lights off at night, it starts chiming and dumping soap. Cleaned it but didn't stop. Going back to manual dispenser. -

I bought it at Bed, Bath & Beyond. It worked for the first 4 times, then every other time, then it totally stopped! I used regular liquid soap (no lotion in it) and it did this. It's a piece of junk. -

Same here. Worked fine for first tank fill up. My wife refills it then nothing. Leaking thru battery compartment. Used regular dishwashing soap. Cleaned out, new batteries, nothing. Will take apart and explore for solutions.

Bought 6 of them as gifts and 3 for myself. 1 works fine, one went kaput and 1 drops just a drop of soap and it's thin soap. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! -

It's convenient when it works. Ours is still working after a year, but dispenses slowly. Need to use diluted soap otherwise it doesn't work that well. -

With thin soap it worked ok. But same as everyone else... I put new batteries in and the motor doesn't even turn on. In the trash it goes. So sad cause we really liked using it. -

same thing, worse thing is my son made fun of it WHEN IT WAS WORKING AND I LOVED IT! Now he teases me all the time. good idea poor performance. Who tested this thing and for how long, not long enough :( -

Mine will only work with old batteries?
I put new ones in and got nothing.
I tried an old set of batteries and it worked fine. Until I had to refill it that is. Now it doesn't work again....until I turn on the bathroom light. I tried but I still cannot beat the light to the dispenser.
Terrible product!! I'm glad I didn't promote this to anyone I know. -

Please don't waste your money! I bought two--one for work and one for home. Both stopped working after about a month. Changing batteries and using thinner soap does not help. This is a scam and a huge money-maker for this company. Do not give them anymore!! -

Same thing with mine, I had a more expensive one from Bed, Bath & Beyond by Simple Human, it did the same thing, and it cost about $30.00. It started pumping smaller and smaller amounts of soap until none would come out at all. So don't think that buying a better quality one is the solution. I think that once these things get clogged with soap inside, there is absolutely no way to clean it out. I am very disappointed because it was very useful at the kitchen sink, but again I have had to take the bottle of dish washing liquid out. Back to the manual pump, I have had it. -

had this product for a few months, refilled twice with the same soap, worked fine after first refill, since I refilled it again, added new batteries, nothing, doesn't lt up, motor does not run & of course does not dispense soap, very disappointed for the price. -

Got as a gift and use it at work. I just replaced teh batteries for the first time and the machine wouldn't dispnse. I am using a standard sanitizer. I poured teh sanitizer into a cup and filled halfway with hot water from the water cooler and shook it vigorously. Then I poured a stream of hot water onto the dispensing area. Took about 5-10 minutes of effort but working like new again. Gonna keep mine half filled and clean it each time I refill. I think that will help. Great product but needs some upkeep recommendations from company. Wish mine had a drip cup though. Drips occassionally. Also wish it had a setting as to how much to dispense. Keep hand under until it chimes and you get a flood :) Sanitizing hands not whole body lol -
